During your first visit to our office you will meet with the doctors and a treatment coordinator. The treatment coordinator will provide you with valuable information about orthodontic treatment and will answer all your questions. Her job is to inform you and make you comfortable regarding all aspects of orthodontics!
Our financial coordinator will help you come up with just the right payment plan. She is available to discuss options with you in person or on the phone and is a wonderful listener who will work with you and your needs so that orthodontics can work for you.
Our scheduling coordinators are the first people you talk with when you call. Their goal is to work with your schedule and make sure you receive orthodontic care with as little impact to your daily routine as possible. They are friendly, efficient, and enjoy their work.
Our lab/sterilization tech is thoroughly trained by OSHA standards. She makes sure our sterilization is up to date and monitored by weekly tests. She also runs our in-office lab and provides our patients with many of the appliances they wear during their orthodontic treatment.
