Office Manager

Our office manager does a great job of making sure the office is running smoothly and that we are all working together as a team. Her strong leadership skills and understanding make her the perfect role model and someone that both employees and patients can come to with questions or for help.

Treatment Coordinators

During your first visit to our office you will meet with the doctor and a treatment coordinator. The treatment coordinator will provide you with valuable information about your orthodontic treatment and will answer all your questions. Her job is to inform you and make you comfortable regarding all aspects of your orthodontic treatment!

Financial Coordinator

Our financial coordinator will help you come up with just the right payment plan. She is available to discuss options with you in person or on the phone and is a wonderful listener who will work with you and your needs so that orthodontics can work for you

Scheduling Coordinators

 
Our scheduling coordinators are the first people you talk to when you call or visit our office. Their goal is to work with your schedule and make sure you receive orthodontic care with as little impact to your daily routine as possible. They are friendly, efficient, and enjoy their work.

Clinical Staff

Our clinical staff is dedicated to making sure that each one of your visits is a positive one. Their goal is helping you achieve the smile that you desire. They make each appointment fun and want to make sure each patient leaves with a smile on their face.

Lab/Sterilization Tech

Our lab/sterilization tech is thoroughly trained by OSHA standards. She makes sure our sterilization is up to date and monitored by weekly testing. She also runs our in-office lab and provides our patients with many of the appliances they wear during their orthodontic treatment.

Professional Relations Coordinator

Our professional relations coordinator is our liaison with the community, our patients, and our referring doctors. Her creativity lends a happy, warm atmosphere to our office with seasonal decorations and patient contests. When she shows up at a referring office, her gifts are sure to brighten up their day.
