Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm with lunch from 12-1pm. The office is open on Fridays from 7am-12pm for administrative purposes.
We have devoted considerable time and effort into designing a schedule that allows us to run on time. Longer appointments, which are fewer in number, are scheduled mid morning and early afternoon, and shorter appointments are scheduled as much as possible either before or after school. When your treatment begins you will be asked to provide our office with an e-mail address so that we may send you an appointment reminder/confirmation 2 or 3 days prior to your appointment.
We will schedule your appointments every 4 to 8 weeks during active treatment. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, kindly give us 24 hours' notice.
