The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's orthodontic needs. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options at the consultation appointment before treatment begins. We also accept assignment from most insurance plans, and will file the necessary papers with your insurance company.
We recognize that orthodontics is an investment in a healthy mouth for life. We offer a variety of payment plans, including a discount for payment in-full at the start of treatment and payment options to be paid over a period of months. We will work with each patient to establish an affordable financial arrangement. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. We can also set up an automatic deduction from your credit card or bank account.
If you have insurance we will help you verify the coverage you have available. We will also accept assignment from most insurance plans, and will file the necessary papers with your insurance company. We accept most major insurances including Delta Dental, Humana, Metlife and United Concordia. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your insurance coverage. Please be aware that the payment schedule is determined by the insurance carrier at the time services are rendered and may be paid out over the course of treatment. Pre-authorization by phone or paper is not a guarantee of payment. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
